Like others have said, I was really skeptical about light treatments for arthritis. I went to Lightspeed because I need knee replacement surgery and my ortho said I need to lose about 40 pounds before it will make sense. Lightspeed offers a great weight loss plan (I know that from the other company they work with - Evolve180). But when Demi told me about the combo program with red light therapy and how much it could help me before and after surgery - in addition to help me lose weight - I was excited but doubtful. But I was in a hurry to get started, so I decided to go with the full program. I've been shocked at how much better my knees are doing! I thought I noticed a difference after my first two sessions, but now it's really obvious. I've had seven sessions so far and my pain is so much better I'm not waking up at night to take more meds. I know this won't prevent me from needing surgery because my knees are "bone on bone" but it's nice to feel better on the way to surgery. Demi said the lights can speed up healing, reduce swelling, and make a big difference in recover from knee surgery, so I'll come back for another series afterward.
